By accessing and using UCrew ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use UCrew for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit written consent
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in UCrew
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

UCrew provides AI-powered multi-channel chatbot services, including but not limited to:

• Multi-channel integration (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopify, WooCommerce)
• AI-powered conversation automation
• Knowledge base management
• Analytics and reporting
• Action automation and workflow management

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your account will remain active until the end of your billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UCrew, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
